A Letter from the Chair of the Board

Every day, millions of our Members place their trust in CAA, often at moments when you need help most. It is a privilege to take on the role of Chair of CAA Club Group as we redouble our efforts to deliver on your trust.

Today, CAA proudly comprises 2.8 million Members across South Central Ontario and Manitoba. Everything we do is anchored in one core commitment: the safety and well-being of our Members. That is our obsession.

That commitment is reflected in the work of our Associates, roadside rescuers, management team and Board of Directors. Together, they work every day to ensure that CAA remains strong, resilient and ready to serve you whenever you need us.

In the first quarter of this year alone, we came to the aid of more than 435,000 Members, arriving, on average, in under 36 minutes. Through our partnerships with CAA clubs across Canada, we also help protect hundreds of thousands of families, vehicles and travellers every year.

We continue to invest in innovation that strengthens our ability to serve our Members. Pioneering technology developed by CAA now supports not only our own roadside operations, but also the efforts of partner clubs and a number of public sector organizations across Canada, amplifying our ability to keep Members and Canadians safe.

You continue to tell us that we are delivering on our mission. Last year, more than 369,000 Members participated in our customer survey and awarded us an industry-leading Net Promoter Score of 85. We are deeply grateful for your confidence and support.

We are committed to advocating on issues that matter to you, our Members, and to our Associates. Our Slow Down Move Over advocacy efforts are especially important to me. Last winter, we lost two of our roadside rescuers while they were serving Members. Their loss was deeply felt across CAA and is a powerful reminder of why roadside safety matters so much.

In closing, I would like to recognize Marrianne Bridge for her outstanding leadership and service as Chair as she leaves that role. Her wisdom, dedication and vision helped guide CAA through an important period of growth and success.

Thank you for being a Member of CAA.
