Member Letters
Feedback from Members about their experiences with CAA:
A Step Above
My wife and I have been Members of CAA Manitoba for a long time, and we wanted to highlight two recent experiences that define why we remain Members. The first occurred this past summer, when we came home to a package that had been left on our doorstep from CAA: a very comfortable, warm blanket delivered to my wife for being a 50-year Member of CAA. The second was this past week when we received an email invitation for a rib dinner at Montana’s, one of our favourite restaurants. As it happened, we had previously arranged to meet friends there on the date of the promotion.
Over the years, we have availed ourselves of the expected benefits of CAA — car emergencies and travel advice, not to mention the sales specials which we too often use. It is, however, these unsolicited and unexpected surprises that define why CAA is a step above. Too often in today’s environment, service providers usually only hear complaints and what-have-you-done-for-me-lately posts, so we just wanted to say thank you.

Top Service
I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from two of your roadside assistance team members, Greg and Daniel. From the moment they arrived, both Greg and Daniel were extremely polite, professional and reassuring. Before boosting my battery, they clearly explained what they were going to check and walked me through the entire process. Once the work was completed, they took the time to review the outcome with me and ensured I understood everything before they left. Their clear communication, professionalism and courteous manner made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience. Thank you for employing such customer-focused team members.
