A FRIEND INDEED

I felt a real connection to our travel agent. I could see her knowledge and experience with travel, and I felt very comfortable and confident working with her. This was a very special trip for me and my daughter. Neither of us has much experience with travel and we just didn’t know where to start. We are now ready to go and looking forward to a fantastic trip. EXPERT MANAGEMENT We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to your associate for her exceptional travel service over the past 15 years. She has expertly managed numerous trips, including nine Celebrity cruises, always ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences. Most recently, she swiftly resolved a last-minute flight cancellation before a cruise by arranging a timely Air Canada alternative, coordinating with multiple airlines and departments under tight time pressure.

OUTSTANDING JOB

Your rep is the gold standard when it comes to being the consummate knowledgeable, friendly customer care person. Her persistence in (with only smiles) reorganizing our travel medical insurance is very much appreciated by us. Customer service is what keeps people sticking with a company.
