CARING FOR ALL CUSTOMERS
I wanted to share how much Anthony from Member Relations helped my father with his account. My dad started experiencing symptoms of dementia, and things had slipped when it came to payments — one was his CAA Membership. Anthony went above and beyond to help my dad reinstate his account.
Anthony’s professionalism and dedication are like no other. I appreciate exceptional customer service when provided, and I wanted to make sure that Anthony receives praise and recognition, which is very much deserved. He goes above and beyond for the individuals he speaks with and truly shifted my mindset.
A massive thank you to Anthony and the CAA team for making my 71-year-old dad overjoyed (and no longer upset with me), relieved and happy again to have his long-time account reinstated. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Anthony! You have no idea how happy he was to get that call to let him know. Anthony is the absolute best!
Your next loyal and long-term customer,
–Violet R.

A TIMELY RESOLUTION
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Margaret from your team for reading my concern and figuring out that a previous tow was inadvertently processed twice. Not only did she read both my messages but also followed the trail of all my transactions to find out how to make this customer satisfied. She even called me shortly after receiving my message — which is astounding and a customer’s dream!
I would like to commend your company for hiring such a thoughtful employee. Her attention to detail and customer satisfaction went well beyond training. It is a true gift to behold.

“I worked in the service business for 45 years. I have never in that entire time come across a person so dedicated, knowledgeable, kind and willing to do whatever it takes.”
BEYOND ABOVE AND BEYOND
I recently returned to Toronto from a trip to Japan. Upon my arrival, I found out that my car was significantly vandalized in a failed attempt to steal the car, [and] the Florida licence plate was stolen. As a result, the car was towed to an impound facility in Etobicoke.
The vandalism was such that the car was inoperable. As I live in the United States, I called AAA in order to have my car towed back home. They directed me to CAA, and they said cars cannot be towed that do not have a licence plate.
I was blessed to be put in touch with Angela in your customer relations division. Angela was a saving grace. No matter what obstacles we encountered — and there were too many to list here — Angela worked hard on our behalf and found solutions.
We sat in the impound facility for more than nine hours, waiting for two precincts to determine whose responsibility it was to create a police report. Throughout those nine hours, Angela stayed in constant contact with us, even after her shift had ended, giving us encouragement, hope and advice that was invaluable.
Angela coordinated three different towing segments, and we finally arrived home at 2:30 a.m. Throughout this entire time, Angela proactively called us to ensure all was going well and then reached out after 2 a.m. to ensure we were home safely. She even contacted us two days later to see if we had recovered sufficiently from this ordeal.
I worked in the service business for 45 years. I have never in that entire time come across a person so dedicated, knowledgeable, kind and willing to do whatever it takes. Over and above does not describe what Angela did for us. There are not sufficient superlatives that could describe her and the support and hope she gave us in a bad situation.
In the end, I feel like we made a new friend in Canada. That is the epitome of incredible service.
